Clover Club Cocktail

This classic cocktail looks fantastic in the glass. Yet it's incredibly easy to make. Our Juneberry Dry Gin balances wonderfully with the raspberry syrup. Enjoy!
What you need:

Serves 1

  • 50ml Hussingtree Juneberry Dry Gin

  • 20ml raspberry syrup (either bottled, or, taken from a standard tin of raspberries)

  • 25ml lemon juice

  • 1 egg white
  • 3 - 4 ice cubes
  • Your favourite long-stemmed cocktail glass

  • For the garnish a couple fresh raspberries

  • Pour through a fine strainer into your glass.

  • Garnish with the raspberries, either sat directly on the foam or suspend from the rim of the glass.
