Cucumber and Mint Gin Cocktail

A wonderfully refreshing drink, that's incredibly easy to make. The freshness of cucumber and mint works perfectly with our Hussingtree Asparagus Dry Gin as a base. Perfect for spring and summer days
Hussingtree Gin Cocktail-Mint And Cucumb
What you need:

Serves 1

  • 35ml Hussingtree Asparagus Dry Gin

  • 4 slices of cucumber

  • 3 fresh mint leaves

  • Chilled soda water

  • Ice cubes

  • Cocktail shaker

  • Strainer

  • Your favourite low-rise glass

  • ​For the garnish 1 thin slice of cucumber and a couple of fresh mint leaves

How to make it:
  • Put the 6 cucumber slices and 3 fresh mint leaves into a cocktail shaker and muddle to release the juices and flavour.

  • Pour the Asparagus Gin into the cocktail maker and add 3 - 4 ice cubes.

  • With the top on the cocktail shaker, shake vigorously for 10 - 15 seconds.

  • Pour the liquid through a strainer directly into your glass.

  • Add ice cubes leaving space for soda.

  • Pour 75 - 125ml of chilled soda water (adjust to preference in strength and flavour).

  • Garnish with a remaining thin slice of cucumber and a couple of fresh mint leaves.
