French 75

Combining gin with bubbles has long been a recipe for success. The French 75 is a perfect example of how simple yet luxurious the marriage can be.
What you need:

Serves 1

  • 25ml Hussingtree Bumbleberry Dry Gin

  • 20ml lemon juice

  • 10ml sugar syrup

  • 50ml sparkling wine
  • 3 - 4 ice cubes.
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Your favourite champagne flute

  • ​For the garnish 1 thin twist of lemon peel

How to make it:
  • Put a Bumbleberry Dry Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and ice cubes into the cocktail shaker..

  • Shake vigorously for 10 - 15 seconds..

  • Pour through a strainer into the champagne flute.

  • Top up with skarkling wine.

  • Garnish with the twist of lemon.
