French 75
Combining gin with bubbles has long been a recipe for success. The French 75 is a perfect example of how simple yet luxurious the marriage can be.
What you need:
Serves 1

25ml Hussingtree Bumbleberry Dry Gin
-
20ml lemon juice
-
10ml sugar syrup
- 50ml sparkling wine
- 3 - 4 ice cubes.
- Cocktail shaker
-
Your favourite champagne flute
-
​For the garnish 1 thin twist of lemon peel

How to make it:

Put a Bumbleberry Dry Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and ice cubes into the cocktail shaker..

Shake vigorously for 10 - 15 seconds..

Pour through a strainer into the champagne flute.

Top up with skarkling wine.

Garnish with the twist of lemon.
