Pomegranate Pomade

You'll be hard pushed to find a gin based long drink that lends itself to summer days quite as much as the Pomade. Wonderfully refreshing. And an ideal way to enjoy our Juneberry Dry Gin.
What you need:

Serves 1

  • 50ml Hussingtree Juneberry Dry Gin

  • 40ml pomegranate juice

  • Premium lemonade

  • Lots of large ice cubes

  • Cocktail shaker

  • Your favourite high ball glass

  • ​For the garnish half a dozen redcurrants

How to make it:
  • Add the Juneberry Dry Gin, pomegranate juice and a few ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.

  • With the lid on, shake rigorously for 10 seconds.

  • Pour directly into the glass and add a few more ice cubes along with the redcurrants.

  • Add some lemonade; we suggest between 40ml - 80ml, depending upon your preference.
