An exclusive gin bar at Shelsley Walsh
We’re extremely excited to have been invited to provide an exclusive gin bar at the Shelsley Walsh Championship Challenge weekend on 11th and 12th August 2018.
The weekend holds a particularly special place in the Shelsley Walsh calendar, as 12th August marks the 113th anniversary of the first ever event that took place on the hill. Which makes Shelsley Walsh the oldest motorsport venue in the world.
The Championship Challenge weekend is the highpoint of the 2018 British Hill Climb Championship as it provides the competitive conclusion to this season’s racing.
Not only that, but as a celebration of the anniversary, a range of other cars will race their way up the hill. This includes a winning car from every decade plus the competitive debut of the Panasonic Jaguar Racing Formula E car. It proves to be a thrilling weekend.
Hussingtree Gin will be there for the entirety of the weekend. We’ll have an exclusive gin bar in the beautiful courtyard.
Working with our partners - Bars On The Run - we’ll be offering ice cold gin and tonics alongside a selection of specially themed gin cocktails. We’ll have our Hussingtree Juneberry Gin available, plus our second premium distilled gin - Hussingtree Spiced Plum Gin.
Here’s hoping for an extension to the currently stunning summer weather. And we look forward to serving our premium Worcestershire Gin to the drivers (after they’ve raced!), their supporters and visitors across the weekend.
