Sponsors of Worcestershire County Cricket Club

We are thrilled to have become a sponsor of Worcestershire County Cricket Club for 2019.
You'll find our range of premium gins in bars across the venue.
And we'll be part of some exciting events with the WCCC team during the second part of this year.
Below is a press release that supported the announcement of our sponsorship.
Hussingtree Gin from Worcestershire is proud to announce its sponsorship of Worcestershire County Cricket Club (WCCC) for the rest of 2019.
For many, a cold G&T is a perfect accompaniment to long sunny days watching cricket. And with a wide range of events held at WCCC throughout the year, visitors at WCCC can now enjoy premium gin created in Worcestershire, with the full Hussingtree Gin range served throughout the venue.
“It was clear from conversations with the WCCC team that sponsoring the Club made excellent commercial sense. The platform the Club provides will help increase exposure of our brand amongst some key demographics across the region. And complements the addition of our range of gins throughout the venue.” says Duncan Gilroy, Director at Hussingtree Gin. “It also brings together cricket and gin - two things I have a deep love for!”
For WCCC the sponsorship is a perfect example of the organisation’s ‘One Club’ vision coming to life. The Club are actively working more closely with local suppliers and partners, of all sizes, helping to showcase Worcestershire businesses to its visitors across cricket, corporate and social activities.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Hussingtree Gin as our latest Club Sponsor. Our bar and catering teams have quickly become big fans of the Hussingtree range. With the Hussingtree Garden cocktail, created by our talented team for our recent Ladies Day event, a perfect start to the relationship.” Paul Biggerstaff, Sponsorship and Membership Manager at WCCC adds. “The ideas and ambitions of the family team behind Hussingtree Gin make for an exciting future. We look forward to working closely with them.”
Hussingtree Gin. Inspired and hand crafted in Worcestershire.
Hussingtree Gin launched in 2018 with a focus on creating gins that are inspired by the produce grown in Worcestershire. Each gin is hand crafted in Martin Hussingtree, just north of Worcester, by the family team behind the brand. The range currently consists of Hussingtree Asparagus Gin, Juneberry Gin, Spiced Plum Gin, and Bumbleberry Gin. Each is different in character, but connected by a similar trait - they are packed full of flavour, with no sweeteners or flavours added after distillation.
