Red Snapper
Think of a Bloody Mary. Change the vodka for gin and you're pretty much there. That's the red snapper. The earthiness of tomato juice is surprisingly refreshing, alongside the warmth of the rest of the ingredients.
What you need:
Serves 1

50ml Hussingtree Spiced Plum Dry Gin
-
150ml tomato juice
-
Tabasco sauce (dash)
-
Worcestershire sauce (dash)
-
Salt and pepper
-
Ice cubes
-
Your favourite tall glass
-
For the garnish a stick of celery

How to make it:

Put a heap of ice cubes in the glass.

Pour over the gin and tomato juice.

Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and tabasco sauce.

Sprinkle over a little salt and pepper.

Give the contents a good stir.

Garnish with the stick of celery.
